‘It's a rarity now to go to a restaurant opening that doesn't feel like a cut and paste of some other place that has opened in the last 6 months. Doma is a remedy to that illness, it's a restaurant in a sense that you go there to eat but more than that it's home. The rigidity of the London dining scene dissolves when you walk through the door, conversation with the table next to you is normal and encouraged, moving around the former kebab shop like you're at a mates for a family dinner. Rakia flows freely, the pressure of choice no more. Spasia and Tom look after their guests like they've known them forever. Doma is a reminder of what hospitality really is.’
