RESERVATIONS AT DOMA

November 16th at 3pm

Tickets are £100 a head, endless food and booze included and tickets must be bought in pairs. Dinner starts at 3pm.

This is so much more than another meal out, or set menu with measly portions, this is a totally unique experience that will transport you to another place and make you feel like you’re on holiday.

It’s a special occasion, an opportunity to truly put your feet up and leave absolutely everything to us - tickets include all food and drinks! WE LOVE TO HOST, it’s at the very core of being Macedonian, at these dinners you’re coming to our house, no money will be exchanged on site and definitely no awkward bill splitting. Forget what you know about dining.

To truly eat like a Balkan is to take your sweet time over a meal and that’s what you’ll do at Doma. Expect three-ish hours of endless, bountiful plates and your glass forever being topped up with regional wines and rakija. Book the babysitter, maybe finally see that friend you’ve not caught up with for a while and just trust us to treat each of you like our guest of honour.

You’ll arrive to a strong drink and some snacks at the door, a pair of slippers if you want to get real cosy, time to escape to our little Balkan Narnia.

In Macedonia, perfect strangers exchange deep life anecdotes or their favourite recipes on the bus, so let the sincerity and openness of our culture wash over you, drop all expectations before you enter the door, chat to new people or come chat to us in the kitchen.

Unlike anything else in this city, expect a menu full of home-made goods such as raw buffalo milk kajmak, smoked sausages, grilled meats, cream filled cakes, hefty platters from start to finish and precious ingredients from Macedonia such as raw mountain honey and smoked pepper relish, made by our favourite Auntie. There will also be little snacks in between, jars of our preserves cracked open for you to try or some of Mum’s biscuits for you to take home and indulge in on the sofa.

In a world of tik tok and paid PR, hospitality has had to let some of it’s honesty slowly fade away. A trust has been lost between guests and businesses, both fearing each other in a way that has truly affected the meaning of the word SERVICE.

At DOMA, you can rely on us to make you feel at home, make you feel like you’re a part of the family. AJDEEEEEE!

'Doma feels like stepping into someone's home; come for food (and service) that's stacked with love.' Leonie Cooper, Time Out.

‘It's a rarity now to go to a restaurant opening that doesn't feel like a cut and paste of some other place that has opened in the last 6 months. Doma is a remedy to that illness, it's a restaurant in a sense that you go there to eat but more than that it's home. The rigidity of the London dining scene dissolves when you walk through the door, conversation with the table next to you is normal and encouraged, moving around the former kebab shop like you're at a mates for a family dinner. Rakia flows freely, the pressure of choice no more. Spasia and Tom look after their guests like they've known them forever. Doma is a reminder of what hospitality really is.’
